Road Transportation Service Permit
For operators of public transport (taxis, kombis, buses) and freight carriers under the Road Transportation Act. Apply for a new permit or renew an existing one, and track the status of your application.
What this service can and cannot do
Digital application intake and status tracking for both first-time and renewal applications. The route-allocation decision itself remains at the gazetted Road Transportation Board hearing; this system records the Board's decision and produces the signed permit afterwards. Existing paper permits remain valid until their expiry — the digital permit is additive.
